Life is busy this month. Work is busy. J Street is busy. Jewschool is busy. My lady friend is visiting in a week. I’m studying to retake the GMAT. All in three weeks.
When I’m back, I’ll have more to say about the gender wars as a straight male man, the ongoing infuriating right-wing Israel advocacy stupidity, and thoughts on Jewish innovation. In the meantime:
- 31 days, 31 ideas: My peer mentor, friend and Jewschool predecessor Dan Sieradski is posting one idea that could improve the Jewish community (and everyone’s spiritual communities) everyday for a month. Then in February, six partners will co-invent 28 more ideas.
- If you’re in NYC, you should attend our J Street NYC Kick Off party on February 4th! Check our new web page soon for the RSVP link.
New Israel bloggers I love:
- Coteret — analysis and translations of the Israeli media.
- Promised Land — lefty commentary and quality reporting.
- IsraLeft — sort of the English-language Jewschool or Mondoweiss of Israel
Help me out: whenever you see me blog, leave me a comment telling me to stop procrastinating. Because with all I have to do this month, there’s no way I should be back here! That said, there’s always time to tweet.
Peace out, gang.
