Near the illegal outpost hilltop 18 just away from the uber settlement of Kiryat Arba is the Palestinian village of Al-Baqa. Israeli officials have begun cutting off water to the farmlands of this village in, yet another, bid to create difficulties for local residents in the hopes that they will leave the land for life in one of the major cities in the area.
